Restorative Yoga

03/11/2018 @ 10:45 am - 12:00 pm
RSY Surya Room

Restorative Yoga focuses on passive stretching.

It is recommended for all skill levels and differs from the normal yoga experience. It incorporates relaxation and inner peace by supporting the body in poses with yoga props for an extended length of time. The extension allows your body to open and relax with dramatic effect. It works to balance your body and mind while improving your flexibility and developing a stronger yoga practice through release.

Come and enjoy this restful form of yoga. Allow yourself to feel the support, close your eyes and clear your mind.
