Heated Yoga

In this heated class (85°), you move from one pose to the next. This is a vigorous sequence of movements. You increase physical strength and stamina, attain greater flexibility and improve your flow through a dynamic practice of continuous movement. Also, you develop skills of concentration and patience that help you to focus the mind.

These movements help rid the tissues and organs of wastes and toxins, thereby cleansing and purifying the body. Performed in a heated room, the class is challenging and leaves you feeling empowered.

Austin White attended his fist yoga class with a friend and immediately felt at home! With an athletic background, yoga was a natural progression. He became certified to teach yoga so that he could help people de-stress and find their inner peace in this fast paced, demanding world. It is a dream come true for him to help deepen the practice of yoga for so many.

He hopes that people will come to view class as a refuge, a place where they feel the stress melt away. He sees his yoga practice as an essential part of life. His wish is to encourage everyone to practice and open themselves to the possibility of change. Austin brings joy, support and a non-judgmental attitude to his classes to let students know that a yoga practice is a fun and valuable experience.

Austin is Yoga Alliance Certified, has taught in a variety of settings, and maintains a daily personal yoga practice, in studio and at home. He lives in Buffalo, NY.
