Parenting can present us with many challenges, especially when the demands of life affect our ability to practice patience and deep listening with our children.  These challenges often impact the quality of the parent/child interaction and the family structure as a whole.

Mindful parenting offers valuable and often life-changing strategies and techniques to allow parents to become better engaged with their children in a kind, considerate and compassionate way.

In this 3-hour workshop, participants will be introduced to the foundations of Mindfulness practice and techniques for cultivating awareness of the present moment experience while engaging with their children.

Some of the benefits of Mindful Parenting include:

*A deeper awareness of your own stress reactions

*Learning to listen with kindness to yourself and your children

*Learning to bring patience and inner wisdom to solve problems

*An increased ability to respond more skillfully to unplanned stressful moments

$60 per person

$100 per couple/family
