Belinda’s Beginner Basic-
Perfect for those with back problems, healing injuries, inflexibility,
weak abs or back muscles, stress, fatigue, over weight, depression, and
arthritic conditions. Learn centering, proper breathing, safe stretching,
relaxation techniques, and slowly develop strength, balance, and
flexibility.

Carrie’s All levels Meditation-One
hour meditation which may include: pranayama, (gentle breathing), guided
and/or silent meditation, chanting, gentle warm ups, and relaxation.
Carrie’s All Levels -
A great way to start your
weekend. Loosen up, gain strength and flexibility, in a fun invigorating
yoga class. Develop peace and wholeness around physical asana.
Accommodating All Levels
Elizabeth's Beginner–
Move through a variety of seated, standing, balance and reclining
postures, using props as needed. The focus will be on foundation, breath
awareness, alignment, increasing strength, flexibility, balance and moving
the body efficiently with greater awareness. Also, enjoy relaxation
techniques, opening the energy path ways of the body while calming and
centering the mind.
Elizabeth's Advance Beginner–
Move creatively
and efficiently through a more challenging yoga practice promoting open &
healthy lines of energy & deepening mind-body awareness. Taking your
practice to the next level, we will explore some posture pro, vinyasa
sequences, breathing techniques as well as relaxation and meditation. Come
and explore the possibilities and what the essence of yoga is to you!
Elizabeth's All Levels-
A great way to
start the weekend, this class is designed to bring balance, strength,
flexibility and harmony to the body and mind, inside and out! Experience
and move through a fun combination of vinyasa-style and sustained postures
brought to life by the breath. Extra attention is focused on alignment,
breath awareness and moving into relaxation gracefully! Modifications and
progressions given to accommodate different abilities. See you there!
Jim’s All Levels -
5:30am is a magical time
to do yoga. Create the right attitude and posture for the rest of your
day. This class is always a little different keeping the practice
interesting and working in many ways to enhance the mind body connection.
Very few adjustments or corrections are made in these classes unless
specifically requested. Following the Tuesday/Thursday Class there is an
optional 30 minute meditation.
Jim's Posture Pro -
Do yoga correctly and advance
in your asanas quickly. Learn to do yoga safely,
reveal a deeper understanding of your body, and take your practice further
quickly and effectively. If you have a back pain or just want to prevent
back pain or injury this class is also for you. How to keep your back
positioned to prevent injury while stationary and moving is reinforced
through yoga postures. Since the rest of the body also effects the spine
and back health we work through a wide range of movement and postures. The
intermediate class is for those that have taken a few basic posture pro
classes please ask the instructor first.
Kim's hip openers
This class is an
all levels class to not only open the hips but also your heart. Using the
breath as a solid foundation to assist you in finding your edge safely
balancing between effort and surrender. Class moves from lighting and
building your internal flame slowly, to utilizing this warmth in longer
holding yin-style asanas. Come to create space in the hips releasing
tension (physcially & emotionally) and open your heart to receiving the
healing benefits of this practice. Leave class feeling light and
energized.
Nancy’s Restorative/Reiki -
intended
for those who cannot perform many physical
movements because of illness or injury. It is also helpful for those who
need a break from strenuous workout routines; and/or for those who are
looking for a great way to relieve stress. Nancy uses props and guides you
gently in and out of poses that can be comfortably and restfully sustained
for 5 minutes or more.
Regina's Middle Age
Posture Pro -
Don’t be intimidated if your not middle age yet or even beyond. This class
will develop your flexibility, balance, build bone strength and a sharper
clearer mind with a warm and giving instructor.

Renee's All Levels 5:30 am Monday morning
Greet the week
with a peaceful placid mind. Awaken your body and mind gently and fully as
the sun begins to rise. An absolutely perfect way to anchor and embrace
the schedules and commitments we must keep throughout our week. Gentle
warm up flows into postures developing strength and balance, ending with a
short meditation that can easily be used throughout the week when you need
to return to a "yogic mind".
Shawn's Basic -
Shawn will lift the energy
flow of the class. Build Strength and increase your flexibility then relax
deeply then watch your mind quite as your body melts into stillness,
(sometimes more ambitious depending on the collective energy of the room.
)
Susanne’s Slow Flow -
Invigorating
combination of creative posture sequences, deep breath
awareness & meditation. This class will ignite the
inner fire, work strengthen& balance the back & entire body, plus
cultivate a calm, non-reactive mind. All levels of experience welcome:
come & work at your personal edge.
Susanne’s Prenatal -
is designed to
honor the transitional time for women and their soon-to-be newborns,
compassionately, and to become aware of the natural rhythms that occur
during pregnancy and childbirth. Since all transition is unique, this
class focuses on the practice of remaining steady and focused mentally,
emotionally, spiritually, and physically throughout pregnancy and
childbirth. Husbands and all non-pregnant students are welcome.
Vanessa and Jessica's Kids Yoga -
These are
fun class where kids will learn breathing, postures, and relaxation in a
playful environment. Making loud animal noises with the postures, story
telling, and visualization add to the fun. Ages 6 - 11 Tuesdays &
Thursdays @ 4:30PM All Welcome
