Class Preparation
Refrain
from eating 1 to 2 hours before practice or eat very light.
Arrive 10
minutes prior to beginning of class.
Wear loose comfortable
cool clothing; the studio is kept warm.
Bring a mat and/or
yoga blanket. Mats are available for rent.
Please do not wear strong perfumes or lotions to
class.
Bare feet are recommended, but
socks are okay.
Turn off or silence pagers and
cell phones.
