Like
every other animal, creature and living thing on this planet, studies show that
raw foods are what our bodies are designed to eat. Our bodies don’t have to
create enzymes to digest these foods. Raw foods contain their own enzymes.
Our bodies enzymes
are then put to better use “cleaning house”, and getting rid of unwanted disease
causing toxins. Would there be need to take supplements or vitamins if we aren’t
cooking and processing these things out of our food? Perhaps we were not
